Nightly pricing ranges from $125 to $185 for up to 3 guests depending upon season.  For the 4th and 5th guests, there is an additional $25 per person per night charge.  The minimum stay is 4 nights and the maximum stay is 90 nights (negotiable). We also extend weekly and monthly discounts.  A one-time cleaning fee of $100 is added to each reservation.
